TECHNOLOGY HAS THE POWER TO CHANGE THE FUTURE

The omnipotence of God is illustrated in creation. By ‘His will’ God brought about the entire universe. Anything that can be done, God can do. God’s plan cannot be stopped. God does not ever get tired. Many things that are impossible for humans are possible for God.
But, lo and behold ! What do we see, NOW ! Man has invented a demi-God. Yes my dear mates/ friends that demi-God is none other than – – TECHNOLOGY. "Technology has become Omniscient, Omnipotent and Omnipresent" - Divya Josephine....

Technology has already metamorphosed the life of humans and one day in the not so distant future, its going to transform our lives beyond recognition. It was God who created universe and humans and it is technology that has created high tech machines and robots. Once, Man used to wake up with the name of God on his mind and tongue but now he wakes up to the sound of the message notification and instantly sends a ‘Good morning’ message to the whole mankind except to God. The ‘parantha’ has been replaced by a toast poping out of the toaster, the morning walk by the gyming cycle, the cycles to racing cars, stairs to elevators and escalators, writing pens to speaking and listening applications, notebooks to i-pads. Live teaching to online teaching and from brain to everything available on small chips/ rams/ pen-drives/ hard-discs, landlines to mobile phones, computers, bluetooth devices etc, natural babies to test-tube babies, mom’s lullaby’s to Arijit’s lyrics, home made food to packaged tins, letters to emails & video conferencing, stethoscopes to CT scans and MRIs, surgery to laproscopy & lasiks, airplanes to concords, farmer’s plough to agricultural and industrial machines. Digitalization of everything and paper money to plastic money. Technology has already swept man off his feet — like a technological tsunami. Technology undoubtedly is beneficial to humans at the medical level, treating more sick people, saving many lives, combating harmful viruses & bacteria.
Communication is enhanced, research is simplified. Companies are progressing saving on time as well as money. Sales & purchases are faster through internet, global tourism has grown and the entertainment industry is flourishing.
Technology is allowing to move physical storage units to virtual storage banks. Scientists are able to send astronauts to the moon. But everything said and done, overdependence on technology has led Man to become lazy, he no longer needs to think, or work his memory. Devices have replaced human minds.
Thus, Technology must have rules, regulations and laws specially in internet usage, etc. Finally, as most technological discoveries aim to reduce human effort, it would imply that more work is done by machines. This equates to less work for people. Just IMAGINE! The human will become obsolete one day, as processes become automated and jobs become redundant. Futurists can dish out some exciting & downright scary visions for the future of machines & science. Being beamed from one location to another by teleportation; holiday by air ships, floating farms, brain wave passwords, coffee-powered cars are just some of the incredible inventions & innovations that will shape our future. Drones to work inside a space station, trains hurtling down tunnels at the same speed as a jet airliner. Humans might still need to feed the AI (Artificial Intelligence) with information, but the machines will one day creat new, abstract theories independently. Who knows that the future might transform visible humans into mere virtual  voices. After all “the Science of today is the technology of tomorrow.” Ain’t it!
